I’m thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Vogue for a Vision Fashion Show! After having a successful evening way back when, in 2010, we’re movin’ on to the next. This year, the event will be held at Caesar Martini’s in Waterloo and we will be featuring live music, fashion show (hottie totties), silent auction, and a DJ…oh, and cocktails!
Proceeds of the event will be donated to Breakfast for Learning.
Breakfast for Learning is the leading, national non-profit organization solely dedicated to child nutrition programs in Canada. As the nation’s lead advocate for quality nutrition in schools, they provide:
- nutrition grants that allow programs to obtain food, equipment and staff required to meet the needs of their school community;
- child nutrition education resources and tools to help raise awareness and educate communities about proper nutrition;
- research to support the vital link between child nutrition and learning;
- and a strong voice for child nutrition that advocates for national meal program in Canada and quality nutrition in schools.
They know that through feeding hungry children, they also nurture strong minds and provide students with the best chance of success possible.
Come join us in support of this FABULOUS organization to benefit schools in the Waterloo Region who participate in this program. With your support, more children can receive a healthy breakfast when they normally would go hungry.
