About the Nutritionista Herself…

Thanks for visiting my blog!

I can tell you one thing and that is that I’m human! I did not grow up eating kale chips and avocados and to this day, I occasionally enjoy a glass of wine with the girls.

I grew up with the title of a self-proclaimed sweet tooth junkie who quite often would request a juicy rare steak with a scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy. Unfortunately, after the cheesecake came a side order of doctors appointments. After struggling through plenty of health issues, I knew it was time to make some changes.

At this point, the keyboard had become my medical dictionary and I began to learn that there were more solutions than what I had been previously exposed to. After tweaking my diet here and there, I began to see slight improvement and my interest in alternative health rapidly grew stronger.

Soon after, I stumbled upon the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. There, I learned not only how to improve my personal health, but I became educated on how to pass this knowledge onto others so they can make the same transformation that I did.

From my passion of educating others through nutritional consulting steamed my inspiration to collaborate with vibrant like-minded individuals. From seminars to retreats, I am always enthusiastic to explore the potential of improving our lives and promoting wellness together.

My mission as a Nutritionist is to improve the well-being and quality of life of everyone who I encounter through nutrition and holistic health. With a balanced lifestyle, I am confident that you will reach your goals whether it be; a fitness goal, health related or simply fitting into those unworn skinny jeans neatly folded in the back of your closet!

This loose-lipped blog was designed to keep you in the know with updates on food, fitness, beauty and whatever else runs through my finger tips.

Eat it. Live it. Work it. Love it.

  1. This is very well put. Butter tarts and all. I also have learned much from your common sense approach to eating well and healthy.
